Because wellbeing begins with people.

Individia exists because we believe that every individual matters. When people are supported to understand themselves, develop their potential and flourish, the benefits extend far beyond the individual.

We work across the spaces where people live, work and belong — supporting individual wellbeing, helping organisations become more human-centred, and contributing to stronger communities.

Our approach connects the personal with the collective, recognising that healthier people can help create healthier organisations and stronger communities.

Three connected ways of creating positive change.

Individia brings individual wellbeing, organisational wellbeing and community impact into one connected human-centred approach.

Ifueko Karibi-Whyte

Ifueko is an integrative counsellor, consultant and disability advocate with a particular interest in the quieter struggles that sit beneath the surface: unmet emotional needs, unprocessed grief, and the gap between who we are inside and how we show up in the world.

She brings to this work the same depth, rigour and sense of responsibility she built over a career as a legal and business executive in the international energy sector, where she led governance and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of offshore assets worth more than US$1 billion.

Her experience spans people, leadership, governance and organisational development. She holds an MBA from American University, a Diploma in Corporate Governance, and certifications in Human Resource Management and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and serves as a Charity Director and Trustee in the UK.

Beneath the qualifications and titles, though, is a simple belief: people matter. We carry our experiences, emotions, strengths and struggles with us everywhere — into our families, our workplaces, our communities. When people feel seen, understood and supported, they find their footing, and they grow.

That belief is the foundation of Individia: start with the individual. Support the person, strengthen the organisation, and help build the conditions for healthier, more connected, more resilient communities.

“Creating the conditions for individuals, organisations and communities to flourish.”

The Individia principle

Connecting human potential with collective purpose.

We believe meaningful change begins by recognising the value, potential and wellbeing of every individual.

But individuals do not exist in isolation. We are shaped by the organisations we work in, the communities we belong to and the environments in which we live.

That is why Individia takes a connected approach. We look at the individual, the organisation and the wider community — and the relationships between them.

Our aim is not simply to solve problems. It is to create the conditions in which people and the systems around them can flourish.

Human-centred. Connected. Built for lasting impact.

People at the centre

We begin with the individual and recognise the human experience behind every organisation and community.

One connected ecosystem

Our three pillars work together because individual, organisational and community wellbeing are interconnected.

Sustainable impact

We focus on meaningful change that can be sustained, strengthened and carried forward over time.
